Whew!!

Things around the Ehly house have been crazy as usual the past few weeks. Our new pool is almost finished and we should be swimming by this coming weekend. Tanner (of course) is the only one to suffer an injury during this process. He lost his footing and fell backwards into the jacuzzi - the EMPTY jacuzzi. He scraped up his arm, knee, ankle, and forehead in the fall. He was so scared and hurting while I was cleaning him up that he kept saying he didn't want to die. I told him it was just some scratches, he will be fine, and definitely will not die. He then told me something that just brought me tears. He said, "Please grab my foot if I start to go to heaven because I don't want to go yet." He is such a sweet, accident-prone little boy.
I started back to school last week taking the last online class I need to get into nursing school. Although I enjoy staying home and being a mom, before I know it my kids will be grown and I will need to go back to work. I have been on the fence about this for a long time but Brad helped me decide and is here for support whenever I need it.
